Bitter Apology

(Mustapha Amine Chiguer)

Sorry George
I’m but a silly bloke
Who learnt how to choke
The milk of human kindness
From blind fools in racist schools.
Sorry George
I’m but a silly wasp
Who loves to strangle
Humble bumble bees
As they make too much noise.
Sorry George
I’m truly not to blame
They’d taught me
I’m so super white
And black’s my plural plight.
Sorry George
I grew to believe
I am the bees knees
So I can’t break the habit
Of putting my knees
On your thick throat
To foil your unpleasant toil
Till your last gasp of hope..
Awfully sorry George
I swear I'm no culpritI can even say

It's top secret
As it's fixedly decided

By the Oval Orifice
In the dark corners
    Of the oblique White Heart

Build a lifeline Fence

(Odichrist Bethel Hotpraise)

Love needs a fence
To protect her from violence
If you can volunteer yourself
Build a lifeline fence of tolerance

Peace was ostracized
For greed and unjust vices
In devoid shell of cruelty
O’ she wrinkly dwells in diversity !
To restore her to humanity
Build a lifeline fence of tranquility

Build a lifeline fence for humanity
In the silence of your soul serenity
To defend love against crisis
And restore peace against diseases
Cast the foundation with modesty
And free us from universal wound

Humanity is too old to suffer calamity
Could man make a rosy tent on a hill
And choose to rest on the blood spill ?
In the silence of your soul serenity
O' build a lifeline fence of harmony
For a wonderful posterity full of thrills.

A Long Journey

(Sameer Goel)

From: I have a dream

To: Let me breathe

he had a dream, so bright and clear
unmisted vision, ne'er to get blear..
a legend, he was, with guts of steel
a quest persistent, an urge to anneal..

a lot was done, a lot need be done still
minds, so frozen, need flow free like a rill..
that old ritual, those sick predicaments
need fresh mindsets, host of amendments..

came a time, when freedom, a nation got
a legend, yet again, broke that very knot..
this world seemingly got a kind breather
though it was a mirage, or an illusion either..

still that evil, the racist mindsets prevailed
admonishing humanity, lives cruelly assailed..
wake up, o' beasts, humanity so cries loud
don't call for a curse, your sins so endowed..

'let me breathe', as a soul sighs its last
all get awakened, emotions got aghast..
let's all kindle love, a brotherhood divine
"Love Thy Neighbor" an ordain benign..

we all are humans, irrespective of color
blood in all, crimson, a Grace spectacular..
why create walls, why such a discrimination
break these walls of prejudice, we are one nation..
