Inspirational Macron

France’s new  president Emmanuel Macron has picked his government with a mixture of left and right wingers, gender parity, and a strong emphasis on Europe.

If you try to understand him better, you won’t get surprised by his decision of joining hands with the opposition. Earlier, In order to try and pass his economic reforms, during his time as minister, he turned to right wing MPs for help.

During the election one of his friend, Antoine Marguet has said. ‘He knows how to make you feel you’re the most important person in the world’. Marguet was right. He knows whom to give the priority and what kind decision should be taken in a situation. All the decisions taken by Macron in his life prove how brave he is. Picking up persons from the opposition ministry, marrying a lady who is 24 years elder than him, in every situation we can see how different he is from other political leaders we have seen in

the past. His decisions and attitude is a true inspiration for the youngsters around the world. Our parents teach us to be in the safe zone of life. Study well, Get a job, Marry at the right age to the right person, Save money for the future and the like. They never teach us to take risks in life. But people like Macron inspire us to take risks in life and to take the unusual paths for life’s ride than the usual ways. He teaches us to live in our dreams not anyone else’s.

The reason why he chose opposition members to his ministry is the same. He is ready to any kind of risks. Whether these decisions turned out to be right or wrong, his courage to do this is commendable.

Macron believes strongly in his persuasion. He talks to everyone, smiling for selfies, ready to debate with both friends and adversaries and during his time as economy minister famously  walked out of a

meeting with students in Herault to engage with protesters shouting outside.

They were demonstrating against the economic reforms Macron was trying to pass. Macron as one French  paper put it, “lost first his smile, and then his temper”.

“I can’t afford a suit like yours,” one of the protesters said to him.

“You don’t scare me with your T-shirt,” Macron shot back. “The best way to afford a suit is to work.”

There were several such cracks in Macron’s smooth exterior during his presidential campaign. Two months before the first round of election, he caused uproar by saying that French actions in the Algerian war of independence constituted a “crime against humanity”.

But not everyone agrees that Macron presidency will bring a fresh wind blowing through the

Elysee palace.

But what critics and supporters alike agree on is that Macron is not adept at dealing with failure.

The business of government is likely to be tough. Macron believes he has found a new political model for France – one that attempts to unite people across an ideological divide that has existed since the Revolution.

From the very first days of En Marche, Emmanuel Macron has created the sense that everyone has a stake in his rise, and that the levers of power will be collectively and democratically pulled.

Teachers have always played a crucial role in Macron’s life and career. Well before he married his own drama teacher, there was another woman teacher he adored – his maternal grandmother, Manette.

He has always needed women to speak to, first his grandmother, now his wife.

As well as influencing his thinking, Emmanuel Macron’s grandmother gave him something else – solid working class credentials Another lady who has supported him immensely is his wife Brigitte Trogneux. Their marriage has created waves allover

in France but Macron was quite sure about his decision.

For years the couple avoided publicity. His biographer Anne Fulda says that there was a subtle shift after Emmanuel Macron launched his presidential bid. “He wants to give the idea that, if he was able to seduce a woman 24 years his senior and a mother of three children, in a small provincial town…despite opprobrium and mockery, he can conquer France in the same way”.

This is Macron. Despite all those controversies emerged out soon after his marriage, he still holds his 24 years elder wife at his right side and says ‘I can’t live without Brigitte’.

The roots of Macron’s decision to run for president stretch back decades. Fifteen years ago has one of his friends asked him ‘what will be him after 20 years?’ His answer was epic, ‘I’ll be president’.

We can’t just stamp him with the title ‘the youngest president of France’. With his ‘I will do what I believe’ attitude, absolutely stunning personality, open to take risks mentality, he stays different from other political leaders who considers politics as their occupation rather than a service. In this sense, Macron is truly inspirational….!!                  Sarika
